(“Sandstorm Gold Royalties”, “Sandstorm” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SAND) (TSX: SSL) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared the Company’s second quarterly cash dividend for 2024 in the amount of C$0.02 per common share to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 16, 2024. The dividend will be paid on April 26, 2024. The dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
The declaration, timing, amount, and payment of future dividends will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Board of Directors.
