(“AmmPower”) (CSE: AMMP) during the period January 11, 2024 to January 31, 2024, which has resulted in Aberdeen’s ownership being reduced by 10.8%. As of the date hereof, Aberdeen holds 29,544,925 common shares of AmmPower, representing 18.7% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ammpower.
