$CAUD appoints new CEO

On Monday, Collective Audience, Inc. (CAUD), a company specializing in advertising and media solutions, revealed the appointment of Peter Bordes as its new chief executive officer. Peter Bordes, with over three decades of executive and board expertise, will be taking over from Brent Suen. Suen, meanwhile, will continue to contribute to the company by serving on the board of directors.

Peter Bordes boasts a wealth of experience, having served as the founder and managing partner of Trajectory Ventures, as well as co-founding TruVest.

Monday, Collective Audience shares on the Nasdaq closed at $1.59 down $0.27.

As reported last Month previous CEO, Brent Suen has been consistently acquiring shares of Collective Audience Inc., totaling 190,000 shares purchased over the past year, and there have been no records of any shares being sold. This one-sided transaction history indicates a high level of confidence and conviction from the insider regarding the company’s prospective performance.
